We appreciate that the needs of our guests change over time and that we need to keep in front of these changing needs.  We provide all our guests with a survey form to give us feedback on what we are doing well, and any improvements that can be suggested.  We take this very seriously and have responded to your challenge!

As a result, we offer two styles of accommodation: 17 ground floor motel units and a circa 1930’s workers cottage. 

Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Sapphire City Motor Inn is a highly rated AAA 3½ motel and a member of the Golden Chain group of motels.  We undertake half yearly independent quality assurance reviews to ensure that our standards are maintained at a very high level.  Many guests have told us that our facilities are what they would expect from a 4 star property.
