We appreciate that the needs of our guests change over time and that we need to keep in front of these changing needs.  We provide all our guests with a survey form to give us feedback on what we are doing well, and any improvements that can be suggested.  We take this very seriously and have responded to your challenge!

As a result, we offer 17 ground floor units that are tastefully decorated, spacious, but most importantly, they are comfortable.  It’s the little things that count – comfortable beds, showers that have great water pressure and shower heads that can be adjusted for whatever your height may be, towels that are fluffy and more than big enough to wrap yourself up in, free toiletries, LCD HD TVs and DVD players, 8 Austar channels (we also have a range of DVDs available for hire), free broadband – both wired and wireless, temperature controlled heating and cooling, microwaves, tea and coffee making facilities, a great mini bar, the list just goes on, and on.

Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.
